Hello, welcome to my tiny company Merle's Kitchen. I'm a small producer of Turkish Delight and other Mediterranean specialities based in Lewes, East Sussex.

From historic, picturesque Lewes I make all my products in small batches by hand, with natural & local seasonal ingredients. Recipes are based on my father's Turkish-Cypriot family's using traditional Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours. Local herbs and flowers also bring a touch of the English countryside to these authentic, traditional recipes.

Biodegradable and reusable packaging is used where possible. All ingredients are sourced locally where possible, all are natural, no additives are used and all are suitable for vegetarians.
