A traditional celebration shortbread in Cyprus, Greece and Turkey based on my family's Turkish-Cypriot recipe.
Each packet contains six delicately flavoured, moist, almondy and buttery shortbread with a melt in the mouth texture. Flavoured with natural orange flower water or rosewater and dusted with icing sugar.
These shortbread are traditionally served at weddings, birthdays and other celebrations. Great with afternoon tea too!
Homemade in small batches using locally sourced eggs and butter.
Suitable for vegetarians. Contains nuts.
Available in rose or orange flower.
