  Although the first product was slightly scratched, once i had told them, they had a new one sent to me immediately. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and superb service.

  I like the look of the bracelet and the disc although the engraving was not perfectly centred so it looks homage rather than professional.

  Lovely product, really nice idea and very quick delivery. The plate it was engraved on was on a shinier silver than it looked on the photo though - so not quite as masculine looking as I would have liked - but thats just my personal preference!

  Had a slight issue with misspelling of my daughters name on one, but this was sorted out quickly with no cost to me at all. Great product and customer service. I'll be buying again.

  Husband was delighted with this bracelet on his birthday from the children. Such a lovely idea, only criticism is that the holes on the plate seem too large for the bracelet and I am slightly concerned that the silver will wear away too quickly. However, in saying that the whole concept is just great, and a wonderful keepsake and treasure for daddy who is away alot with work. Also, Site was very helpful when contacted about cleaning of the plate.

  I emailed first to check that the message i wanted was possible and I had a really quick response. As I needed it quickly they said they would priorities my order. I was really pleased with the quality of the engraving and was really impressed by the service.

  Found the bracelet to be very poor value for money and I was advised to use my teeth to tighten the bracelet - on the plus side I was given a refund.

  I can't decribe how disappointed I was with this item and the correspondence I had with the seller. It was as if I and my complaint was not of any interest to them at all. The bracelet was initially shown with one picture on the web site, after our contact there were 3! This I presume was to cover themselves as my main disappointment was the bracelet I was sent was not as shown. In my view what I thought I was getting was not what I received, both in quality and value for money. I will definitely not use them again.

  Shipping was very quick but was slightly dissappointed in the engraving, The engraving on the front was very small in comparison to the plate. The picture for the thickness of teh leather thog i also found decieving. I was hoping fr it to be thicker as it was for a man, it looks a bit dainty on a mans wrist.
