Tsoureki is a traditional Greek Easter bread shaped as a braided loaf. Nowadays, it has become so popular that you can find it in pastry shops and bakeries all year round.
The Melíanthos tsoureki is naturally leavened with a special sourdough starter which delivers amazing flavour, structure, and prolonged shelf life.
It takes 3 days for each tsoureki to be made, from the moment the starter is first fed to the moment this exquisite delicacy comes out of the oven.
It is posted beautifully gift-wrapped and makes for 12 generous portions. Available all-year-round.

Fragrant cultured butter, fresh whole milk, free-range eggs and unique spices are mixed together in the dough. Greek masticha, mahleb and cardamom, along with Madagascan vanilla and zest from organic oranges create a unique taste profile.
Salted dulce de leche swirling and caramel-flavoured milk chocolate pieces swirl all around inside this fluffy loaf's crumb.
Egg-washed twice for maximum shine, glazed with a cardamom syrup and sprinkled with roasted pecan nibs for additional flavour and crunchiness.
