To clean, simply dampen a cloth and wipe away your worries and the dirt!
Although flexible, not as flexible as an Olympic gymnast, please try not to over-bend your earrings as this may cause damage.
I know you will want to wear them all the time! But I wouldn't recommend wearing them in bed, in the shower or swimming.
