The orangettes are made using a traditional French recipe, which Sandrine has been using since her teenage years. The orange rinds cook very slowly in sugar for 5 to 6 hours. Once they are set, we cut them in small strips and deep them in tempered dark or milk chocolate. We all prefer them in dark chocolate! They are presented in a little cellophane bag with ribbon. approx 80 grams. available in milk or dark chocolate.
