All cards are sent with standard Royal Mail service, with a delivery time of approx 2-5 working days.

All orders will be sent by standard Royal Mail untracked service (2-5 days). This means we cannot guarantee a delivery date, nor can we track your order. For fast tracked orders, choose Express Next Day delivery. Next Day orders placed before 12:00pm Monday - Friday will be despatched on the same day as ordering, orders placed after 12:00 will be despatched on the next working day.

Please provide the recipient's phone number for our courier delivery. This includes USA/Canada/Europe numbers for USA/Canada/Europe orders. Thank you!

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
