When they're ready to redeem their voucher, they send their photos to Lucy, and can choose the frame colour, background colour, text and font choice. Lucy will send them a proof to approve before their drawing is sent out to them.
Your personalised voucher will arrive in a folded illustrated card and pale blue presentation envelope and taupe bakers twine to wap it with.
