    Please note, we are a 2 person team hand making each order and so delivery dates include time for making & processing orders before dispatch.

    Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class service - if there are no unforeseen delays in transit, then orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. Please note that this is not a guaranteed date service & delivery estimates are based on the current information we have from Royal Mail.

    If your order is time critical & you require a faster delivery, you have the option to upgrade to the ‘Express’ service – Delivery is 1 working day AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

    Delivery cost is per order, not per item & STANDARD delivery is free if your Lollyrocket Candle Co order value is over £30

    If your parcel is returned to us due to no-one being available to take receipt of it, then you will be required to cover the cost of a re-delivery.

    When we dispatch your order, you will receive confirmation containing a tracking link with a unique code for your parcel.

    Returns

    You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

    Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
