We are a small team of artisan bakers based in a little cottage in rural Hampshire. The business started in 2008 when we were asked to develop a range of seasonal gingerbread and decorated butter biscuits for Fortnum & Mason. We have now developed a range of biscuits to sell direct to customers, both individual and corporate.
We create biscuits, both sweet and savoury to be given as gifts for all occasions, including wedding favours, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, and all the main calender events.
Our view has always been that a biscuit should taste as good as it looks, so we are thrilled to announce that our new savoury biscuits based on malted barley grain have both won Triple Gold at the 2010 Great Taste Awards, and the gingerbread recipe we developed for Fortnum & Mason has won 1 Gold Star. Out of over 6,000 entries to the National Great Taste Awards, only 94 producers won the coveted Triple Gold
