Hello, I’m Claire,

I run Little M from my tiny studio at home in Leicester UK whilst also runnning around after my two “Little Ms” Max and Mabel.

I have drawn ever since I was a young child and was fascinated by maps. I would stare at them for hours trying to spot all the places I recognised and dreamed of travelling. As an adult, whenever I visited a new place I would take a sketchbook and doodle all my favourite buildings and streets to keep as a reminder.

Whilst on maternity leave with Max I needed a creative outlet so I started turning those sketches into my map prints. Each map takes hours and hours to complete - especially as I’m usually drawing with a small child on my lap! My collection is growing with more cities and places coming soon.

Because I understand that places can hold special memories or feelings to people, I have created a personalisation option. You can add names, a date or coordinates onto the map which make them the perfect keepsake.
