For the adventurous taste traveller, a budding cook or as a unique dinner idea. This roti dinner kit is easy to make and is delicious to eat. Choose your favourite curry

& explore a different cuisine. The kit is simple enough for youngsters to get involved with from mixing roti's to making the sambol.

Included are whole and ground spices, coconut milk & an optional chilli pack (adjust the heat level to suit the family).

Perfect as a gift for a family or to make a special meal. The spices are all high quality and hand roasted and ground by us to a family recipe.

Made from high quality spices that we hand roast & grind oursleves to make a tried & tested family recipe of roasted & unroasted curry powder to include in the packs:

coriander, cumin, cloves, green cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, fennel, peppercorn, curry leaves, tamarind powder (corn starch), turmeric, chilli flakes & powder, nutmeg, fenugreek, Pandan leaves, lemongrass, Coconut milk powder. Garlic flakes, Onion flakes. Allergens: Mustard Seeds

For Roti: Dessicated Coconut, AP flour, Flour blend for Gluten free Flour (Rice, potato tapioca, maize, buckwheat) salt, sodium bicarbonate, Xanthan gum, dessicated coconut, coconut milk powder

with best-before date approximately 1 year from purchase.

To get the most from your spice kits, store in a dark place away from direct sunshine and ideally use within 6 months of purchase.
