A sweet set of glass charms, handmade and personalised by our jewellery team here at Lisa Angel.
Perfect for the finishing touches to a dinner table, wedding day decor, or celebration, these wooden heart charms will sit at the base of a wine glass stem and are personalised with the names of your choice. In either a set of 4 or 6, they are carved from either walnut, oak or cherry wood and are threaded onto sturdy wire to secure.
Personalisation: choose from either 4 charms, or 6 charms for an additional £6 and type in the boxes provided the names of your choice.
