A completley customisable piece of jewellery for a birthday girl or lover of crystals, this necklace features a sparkling crystal birthstone charm that represents a birth month suspended next to a heart pendant. The heart will be stamped by hand with a name or word of your choice and attached to a delicate chain which fastens via lobster clasp and extender links.
Available in sterling silver plating, 18ct gold plating, or 18ct rose gold plating.
