Completely customisable and unique to her, this ladies' bracelet features a silver plated, gold plated or rose gold plated chain attached to two different sized disc charms. One disc is engraved with a birth flower to represent when she was born, and one is engraved with her name.
Made from sterling silver plating, 18ct gold plating, or 18ct rose gold plating.
