This handcrafted and personalised school bird box is a magnificent house for the birds in the garden.
It would make a unique gift for birthdays, retirement, father's day and many other special occasions or even a treat for you. Whether it's for a teacher, mum, dad or a friend (or anyone else for that matter), the school bird box will make a stunning addition to the garden - and provide an unusual talking point too!
Painted in red and even having a bell tower, it can be personalised with a name - either a school and/or a person (up to 40 characters each) and a year, making the gift even more special
If it's a gift we can deliver direct to the recipient if you would prefer. Simply enter a different recipient name and delivery address during the checkout process by selecting 'edit delivery details' and remember to select the 'gift receipt' option to ensure that an unpriced delivery note accompanies the gift.
Please note that all items are individually handmade and personalised to order by us in the UK and each one takes time to produce so delivery will be within 20-24 days by courier. But this does mean that you get a beautiful item that is handcrafted especially for you!
If you would like to purchase the school bird box as a present but have missed the order deadline, you can choose to order this product as a gift voucher under 'gift voucher options'. We will post a card within 3 working days with the image of this product for the recipient (either delivered to you or directly to them) and will then forward the gift once it has been made (again either delivered to you or directly to them). There is a small charge for the gift voucher service.

Our personalised School bird box is carefully handmade from high-grade sustainable European redwood pine supplied by a small local woodmerchant. It is then handpainted with water-based wood paints suitable for exterior use. These paints, by a very small independent British manufacturer from the northwest of England (who have been creating paints since 1773), enable us to create beautiful products that are non-toxic to plants and wildlife.
The roof lifts off for easy cleaning, the box comes with full mounting and care instructions (we even include the screws) and it is a usable bird box suitable for birds like sparrows and blue tits.
