The tea set was ordered as a wedding gift - it turned up in pieces. I contacted the provider who was more than happy to replace the product without difficulty. Main disappointment was that it turned up in pieces - perhaps the packaging need to be revised. When you are ordering a gift for a special occasion from overseas (Australia) you are putting your faith in the provider to send a nicely packaged present on one piece.
