14 Jan 2013I ordered this product over a month ago as a Christmas present for my niece but I have still not received it. The customer service has been atrocious and the team I spoke to are far from solution focused. I will not be using not on the high street again.

Your order was dispatched on time but we can only assume there was a delay in the Christmas post. We pride ourselves on our customer services and really had done everything we could bearing in mind that when we next heard from you we did send out a replacement item.
