As part of our 'Cast in Stone' collection, each buttoned cardigan has been individually hand knitted by fisherman's wives in a small fishing village off the Atlantic Coast. These artisans use the softest wool sheared from free roaming sheep and no two cardigans are ever the same.
Originally, the knitted cable pattern on each cardigan was used to identify fishermen who had been lost at sea. You won't find a cardigan more unique than this and when looking for that special gift, you can't go wrong with a chunky cable knit!This would make the perfect gift and with it's timeless style, it's not just for Christmas!
Hand knit, 100% wool. Machine washable on a wool wash setting. Use wool detergent. Dry flat. Easy!
