  The tile was extremely well packaged and arrived very quickly. The tile itself was lovely & the engraving beautifully done. I was surprised at its size but that was my fault as the exact dimensions are on the website, it just looked bigger to me on the website picture but if I had checked the sizes, it was made clear. Thank you

  Beautifully done and nicely presented - the slate is quite small - perfect for our purposes as a gift for an evening reception, but the picture suggests it's much larger so check the measurements. Delivered promptly and safely. Would re-order.

  The slate was very small. I was disappointed when I received it. The image is not an accurate reflection of it's size. I was embarassed giving it to the bride and groom - it definitely didn't look £20+.

  Im very pleased with the product however I do think that it is over priced.Once you add in the extra word, gift box and postage this is a very expensive gift and I dont believe it looks that expensive.

  The slate took over 10 days to arrive and the slate was tiny thought it would be a least couple of inches bigger in both directions

Our stone products are hand engraved to order and posted First Class post which will arrive between 10-14 days after purchasing.   Excellent is based on the response I had from the people I requested the gift to be sent to, as I've not seen it in person.   1. The gift card was hand-written by someone with very childish and uneven handwriting. They should offer the option of including a blank gift card - had I known it wasn't going to be properly printed, or hand-written my someone with stylish writing, I'd have preferred to have written it myself because my hand-writing is much nicer. Sorry, but it's true. 2. It would be a nice touch if some little self-adhesive felt pads were included in the pack so that people can attach them to the back of the tile if they want. My friend wants to use hers as a tea-pot stand but thinks the tile might scratch the table. Only a small thing really, the tile itself was absolutely beautiful! Thank you

  Excellent product, but the wrapping and gift box, for which we paid extra, were poor and crumpled. Customer Services immediately arranged a refund for the gift box.

  It was a bit smaller than I expected - don't know what I was thinking, it is a normal (small) tile size but it's very nice. Made a good anniversary gift. I've put it on a stand - maybe they could sell those too and/or add little tabs with hoops to hang on a hook. Kinda hard to know where to put it.

  To be honest i was disappointed. Firstly the packaging was a jiffy bag with a box inside which had been completly squashed so as this was a gift i would have to buy a new one. The tissue inside was just scrunched up with the tile in between so also looked scruffy. The tile itself was not as nice in real life as it had seemed on the website. While i appreciate that each tile is individual, there was a mark on the front part of the stone which i would have thought because of the size it would not have been used, the lettering looked poorly spaced out in parts and all in all i feel it not worth the money. Because of this i won't be giving to my best friend and her husband for their wedding anniversary and will buy something else.
