  Ordered a personalised album for a wedding present. Paid over £6 postage for a quick delivery. Lovely personalisation. The only let down was the personalisation was inserted into the cover and it had been ripped placing it in, but I had to give it anyway as I was too close to the wedding day to do anything else!

  Letterfest's response:

  We do ask customers to contact us if there is an issue with one of our bespoke items and we are sorry that you were not entirely happy with your purchase. In this case if it was too close to the time the gift was needed for, we could have sent a replacement direct to the recipient with a gift message. We would have asked for a photo to be sent for speed so we could see what the issue with the item was rather than returning it, and could have sent a replacement the same day.   I bought this album for our first wedding anniversary and my Wife loved it. The seller was also very helpful in responding to my queries (force of habbit, I types 2011 for the year rather than 2010!). The album is lovely and will make a very nice album for us to come back to over the years.

  Really well made, beautifully packaged, and a unique gift. Our friends loved it. Maybe a larger version could be made to accompany the range?

  This was the bride and grooms favourite wedding gift - they loved the design and the eco credentials. Most of all, though, they loved the personalisation - the fact it was unique to them. (Amazing service from the team at Letterfest. They pulled out all the stops and turned this order around within less than 48hrs to meet the wedding date. Brilliant.)
