PLEASE READ:

ENGRAVED TEXT
We are limited by how large the pebbles are and how small we can engrave:
GREY - engraved with up to 10 characters
WHITE - engraved with up to 7 characters, or 8 if its a date eg 15.09.10*
("Characters" are letters, spaces and punctuation eg: M.J. & F.S. is 11 characters and too long!)
All letters are engraved as capitals. Some web browsers do not recognise the "&" sign - just write "and" and we will engrave "&" eg: if you want R&V on one pebble.

COLOURS & SIZE
There will be variations in colour and markings as this is a natural stone product:
GREY - warm plum-grey hues, length range between 7-9cm
WHITE - off-white chalky hues, length range between 6-7cm

STONES
The pebbles are not man-made. They are natural stones smoothed flat on river beds and may contain imperfections eg: chips, fissures & cracks, mottling, colour blemishes and fine grey thread lines. Stones will vary in size, shade, shape and texture - if you order two stones they will not match. We have taken a rough, organic product and left it in its natural state, engraving the type like a stamp in the stone. We hope you'll appreciate the uniqueness of these natural stones, and treasure them as a personalised keepsake.

DELIVERY
We engrave in 7-10 days. Delivery is by First Class Royal Mail which takes 1-2 days within the UK, so you will have your pebbles within 2 weeks of ordering.

  This is the second stone I have ordered, both for weddings with the bride/groom initials on one side and the date of the wedding on the other side. Really novel present, excellent service and quick turnaround. I will be ordering more.

  My order from Letterfest arrived on time after having received emails to let me know how the order was progressing. The packaging was lovely, but until the gift box was opened I was still worried about receiving the incorrect personalised stone(maybe a small digital photo enc would help)However the gift message was not enclosed, a big disappointment. but until the gift was given and opened I wasn't aware. It wouldn't put me off ordering again, but would email or ring for clarification before the order was despatched. Whilst I understand that the product was totally natural the difference between the advertised and the stone sent was quite substantial. The advertised was pale grey and the received one was very dark and not distinctive at all.The engraving was great.

  The stone was beautifully engraved, although little smaller than I expected. I was disappointed that the box was just a shiny paper one which was quite filmsy (it looks like photo paper) as I paid the extra for it. Plus the product wasn't very well packaged so when I received the gift the box had a deformed/squashed corner where I presume it had hit the floor on going through the letter box. I would have thought the company would have packaged it better to prevent this. Plus the box seemed a little small for the stone. I was reasonable happy and had to give the gift as it was due to timescales. The stone took a while to come, but communication was regualar,

  The actual stone is gorgeous, and was as nice as I hoped it would be. Only slight criticism is I was disappointed with the gift box which was a bit cheap.

  These were excellent and just as expected; however, the only adverse comment is that these were obviously girls names but the ribbons used around the presentation box were blue. As these were christening gifts, it would have been nice if the ribbons had been pink.

  I was somewhat disappointed by how long it took for my order to be delivered. It may well have said somewhere that it would take a several weeks, but in this day and age of Amazon, I'm afraid I'm used to quicker turnaround than that. The product itself was as advertised, albeit smaller than I expected (I don't recall seeing measurements in the description, but perhaps I just overlooked them).

  The stone was well packed to avoid being damaged in the post. The stone and enscription had no imperfections and text spacing was perfect. I am very, very happy with the product and think it is a reasonable price.
