I was disapointed at how long it took to recieve my item, although personalised, once recieved I didnt understand what took so long. The quality of the item was fairly poor, I was also dissapointed with the colour (which I was unable to check prior to the order as there was only a picture of the pink bunny on the website, so I had to guess what the other colours may look like). The box that it came in was not stuck properly and had crinkles on the top. and it was tiny, I would not have paid the amount I paid for it, or perhaps not even purchased it if I was able to see the real dimensions, quality, colour, and time scale prior to my order and payment. I was originally impressed with the range of craft and enchanting gifts on the website, but if they are all of this quality, standard, and price! I will not be making any future purchases. Very dissapointing.
