    A handsome floorstanding globe presented on a turned wooden stand. The printed facsimile map artwork was originally published by prominent Parisian publisher, Maison Delamarche.

    A unique and unusual addition to your home. A statement piece made in the traditional way that globes have been made for centuries using a plaster ball, with hand applied printed map artwork.

    The globe has been handtinted using a muted palette, then lightly aged, sealed and varnished. The wooden stand has been painted in Farrow & Ball off white for a smart, classic finish. The meridian arm is aged brass and holds the globe at 23.5 degrees, to replicate the earth's axis.

    All our globes are individually handmade using British components.
