I was disappointed with the quality of the tea towel but the embroidery was good. I would suggest a better quality tea towel and charge more money - I did only buy mine for fun though so it will do the intended job! thanks

I would like to assure you that great care and consideration is applied to product selection and the resulting price points. Whilst your feedback is valuable, research that Lamby Embroidery conducted prior to launching this item, showed that a personalised item such as this would be used more for decoration rather than for heavy domestic use. I am sure you will appreciate, however, that this product can of course withstand general use and that actually the cloth quality is standard for the print/embroidery trade market, so it is fully usable. Wonderful, finely crafted product. I am totally thrilled with both tea towels - the cotton is beautiful quality and the bespoke embroidery is stunning work. Can't wait to give them to my sister as a 2nd Anniversary 'Cotton' gift. Highly Recommended!
