The final result was good, but by so significantly limiting the number of characters in the embroidery, it makes meaningful phrases very difficult. Sacrificing the point size and increasing the text space could increase the usefulness of the product. I nearly cancelled the order trying to figure out how to say what I wanted in just four short words. Improve this bit and you'll probably sell more.
