About us

Homeware | Audio | Stationery DESIGNED & MADE IN ENGLAND

Hello! We’re Vipul Patel and Shivani Nana, a couple who love imagining new designs and making them come to life. From the homeware to the stationery we make, nature is our inspiration, we aim to bring this connection to you through the beautiful natural materials we use to make each individual piece.

We’re located in the heart of England, where we design, and hand make all of our products, and are proud to say our customer base stretches across the globe. If you’re interested in how our work is created we’ve captured some of the magic on video, available on YouTube.

It’s important for us to contribute positively to our environment, so all of our material is consciously sourced from sustainable, responsible vendors. The wood we use often comes from trees naturally felled in the UK. All of our packaging is environmentally friendly, we even use our beautiful wafer thin wood shavings to help package pieces we make!

Delivery

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees for orders outside the UK will be presented to you at the checkout. We are not responsible for any customs charges added to your items. Please check if charges apply in your country as it will be your responsibility to pay them.

Delivery

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver a UK order within 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you. If the item is out of stock, we will email you with the current lead time for production.

If you require your parcel quicker, please email us directly via the contact form and we will try and help as best we can.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, factors beyond our control which affect the standard shipping times may need to be considered. Please see our home page for updates on last order dates, or send us a message via the Contact us page.

Ordering for Christmas?

Please contact us well in advance so we can let you know what stock we have for immediate dispatch and what items will need to be made before being dispatched.

Please order items for Christmas early, particularly for International deliveries. Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe

Returns

We hope you love your purchase and do everything to ensure it arrives with you in the best condition.

As is your right, you can return any item to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first via the Contact us page . We are unable to cover return postage costs. Please ensure you package your item safely and securely and receive proof of postage. The product will remain your responsibility until we receive it and any damage will be taken into account.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by contacting us via the Contact us page, and please include photographs of the issue so we can do our best to help.
