The contemporary and unusual design of these gorgeous silver drop earrings make them a superb gift for a special person.
They have been handcrafted in Kate's studio from silver, glass and textiles. They consist of a small silver dome containing a kiln fired glass sphere which is underlain with knitted textile. The sphere acts as a magnifying glass and enlarges the knitted stitches - an unusual and intriguing effect. The silver dome is suspended from solid silver wire so that it hangs stationary. These come in specially branded packaging and would make a wonderful present. Other items from this collection are available to match these earrings.
Dimensions
The diameter of the silver dome is 1.5cm. It has a depth of 1.4cm. The dome is suspended from 0.9mm thick silver wire. The overall length of the drop is 5cm.
Made from
Made from 100% sterling silver with kiln fired glass and knitted wire. They should be cleaned by polishing gently with a silver cloth. Do not use silver dip as this will react adversely with the textile.
