Invented for pheasant, ideal for all game, this is also good on beef, chicken and roast mushrooms. Gluten free. Also suitable for vegetarians.

Recipe tip: Make a flavourful veggie burger with Red Wine Orange Juniper marinated and roast Portobello mushrooms smothered with melted cheese and chopped spring onion.
250ml glass bottle with attractive cream/gold label and black/gold seal. The bottles weigh an average of 500g and are 20cm high x 6cm in diameter.
