Spicy Thai style marinade, fragrant with coriander, turmeric and garlic.
Invented for chicken, this also works well on tuna and shell-on prawns. Gluten free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
A great stocking filler, or include in our six bottle, hand painted jute bag to create a superbly original and different present.
Recipe tip: Pour a little Lemon Chilli marinade inside a whole chicken to coat, then rub marinade over outer skin. Roast as usual, basting towards the end of cooking. Serve with a hot pilau rice salad mixed with prawns and peas.
250ml glass bottle with attractive cream/gold label and black/gold seal. The bottles weigh an average of 500g and are 20cm high x 6cm in diameter.
