Wonderful with lamb, also good on chicken and chargrilled vegetables or halloumi. Gluten and sugar free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Recipe tip: Quarter and seed red, yellow and green peppers. Slice courgettes lengthways. Slice aubergines on the diagonal. Brush with Lemon Bay marinade and grill till softened and slightly charred. Cool and dress with herbs.
250ml glass bottle with attractive cream/gold label and black/gold seal. The bottles weigh an average of 500g and are 20cm high x 6cm in diameter.
