A piquant sauce with mild green chilli, extra virgin olive oil, coriander and basil. Based on a sauce from the Canary Islands, green mojo, it is typically used on fish.
The sauce is gluten and sugar free. Suitable for vegetarian and vegans. Ideal as a grill sauce or as a dip or dressing.
A great stocking filler, or include in our six bottle, hand painted jute bag to create a superbly original and different present.
Recipe Tip: cook cous cous and stir through butter or olive oil and season. Mix with a selection of chopped vegetables: spring onion, green pepper, sliced celery, shredded spinach. Drizzle over Green Chilli Coriander Sauce and serve with a thick slice of grilled halloumi cheese.
250ml glass bottle with attractive cream/gold label and black/gold seal. The bottles weigh an average of 500g and are 20cm high x 6cm in diameter.
