Molasses, soy and ginger with cayenne pepper for a good chilli kick. Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Recipe tip: Simmer pork ribs in a stock with ginger, star anise and pepper for one hour. Marinade in Amadou sauce and finish off on the bbq or oven for meltingly tender meaty ribs.
250ml glass bottle with attractive cream/gold label and black/gold seal. The bottles weigh an average of 500g and are 20cm high x 6cm in diameter.
