A beautiful handmade and personalised wedding card, perfect to celebrate a special wedding or civil partnership.
This lovely wedding card is personalised with the names of the couple and the special date of their wedding ceremony or service.
It would be a lovely card to give to your daughter or son if they are getting married. The card could even be framed and given as a personalised wedding gift - that way the happy couple can keep it as a reminder and keepsake of their special wedding day.
The card could also be given to celebrate a wedding anniversary - in particular cotton is traditional for a 2nd wedding anniversary and linen for a 4th anniversary!
Each line of personalised text can be up to 25 characters including spaces. The lettering is embroidered in mixed case using free motion machine embroidery, which is a technique where the fabric is moved freely under the needle literally 'writing' onto the fabric.
Above the writing, there is a string of appliquéd bunting with five fabric hearts all cut out by hand and stitched in place.
There are two beautiful colourways to choose from - a sophisticated neutral cream and beige design, ideal for marriages and weddings, or a pretty red and pink combination great for celebrating an anniversary or engagement.
You also have the option to purchase a matching handmade gift tag with the wedding card. Strung with ivory ribbon, each tag is personalised with the couple's names and the message 'Congratulations on your wedding day'. Tags are embellished with stitching and a pink silk embroidered heart. The back of the tag will be left blank for your own message.

This lovely wedding card is completely handmade using machine embroidery and applique on a cotton/linen mix fabric background.
The actual card itself is white, with a lightly textured surface and is left blank inside for your own message. Each card comes with a co-ordinating white envelope and is sent protected in a clear cello wrapper.

Cards are always sent by Royal Mail first class mail. They are posted in a clear cellophane bag in a board backed envelope to keep them safe and flat in transit. The package is small enough to fit through most normal letterboxes if no one is home.

Beautifully made. The couple I gave the card to said it was their favourite and they were planning to frame it. Can't have hoped for a better response than that!
