- Delivery will be via Royal Mail "Signed For" service which requires a signature on delivery, by somebody at the delivery address.
- If nobody is in to sign, a red card will be left, and you can collect from your local postal collection office at your convenience.
- If you know you will not be in (perhaps you're on holiday), and would like a delayed dispatch, please let us know and we can certainly help you by dispatching a little later. Happy to help!
- You may choose to set the delivery address as a neighbour, friend or workplace, if you know somebody will be there to sign for it.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
