I have bought items from this seller before and always been impressed with both the service and quality but i was disappointed with the personalised champagne. While the service was prompt, the sticker was not placed on the bottle neatly and was crumpled and raised across the whole bottle. It was also slightly worn in one corner and the tissue paper covering the bottle was ripped. If i had felt there was enough time before the wedding, i would have sent it back. Disappointing.

does not look like the picture-looks very cheap and the box was falling apart. Could've made a better label myself.

Excellent product but you are not allowed to write what is written on the photographed product as it uses too many letters - the names I were trying to put on were actually shorter thank those on the image! I had to change what I wanted it to say to fit the character count.
