The wish tickets were very late to arrive but the service I received was brilliant. The Company apologised profusely and even gave me a discount and my postage back. It was refreshing to receive such a high level of customer service when so many online companies lack this these days. I could not be cross that my order was late because it was out of the company's hands - the wish tickets are hand made in India by a fairtrade project and this time, were stuck coming through customs. Please do not let this feedback deter you from buying the wish tickets - they are beautiful. Please buy these with plenty of notice!! Exceptional service.
