Hunter Gatherer began back in 2002 with Harriet making kindle cone firelighters on the kitchen table in Dorset. It is still going strong although the kitchen table has become a bit too small for most of the production!

As the firelighters were initially a very seasonal product we began to source fun and unusual gifts for the home that in truth we wanted to have ourselves and we have built this range up over the years and will continue to do so.

We are also well known for our BowlOvers bowl covers which are elasticated cotton food covers which are great for covering leftover food and eliminating he need to buy cling film and foil. We are hoping to expand our "plastic free" range and have just added a wooden washing up brush and a bamboo toothbrush to the range.
