The Holistic Silk Yoga / Rug mat has been designed with home asana, meditation or Pilates ritual in mind. Sized like a yoga mat and filled with pure dried lavender flowers the Holistic Silk Yoga / Rug Mat emits a gentle fragrance as you practice. The faux leather base enables you to use wooden or tiled floors without the mat moving and is equally useful outside on damp ground.
The Holistic Silk Yoga / Rug Mat fleece top gives comfort and cosy reassurance while stretching or holding your pose and for final relaxation.
As with a standard mat, when rolled, it adds height, to give you more comfort while in lotus.
Care: Amazingly you can wash our mat at 30 degrees in a standard washing machine!
