  I was very disapointed on receiving the charm bracelet to find out that it actually fastens via a magnet!!!! This means that it does not stay on, as soon as it catches on something or you put a jumper on/roll your sleeves up the bracelet falls off. This product is therefore not functional and cannot be warn. I was completed devastated that after buying this as a valentines present for my husband and spending a reasonable amount of money on it, it actually doesn't work. Please can you suggest/provide me with a braclet which I can put the pendant on which does not come off every 2 minutes? Thank you, Jenny Outhwaite, 07841 490 913

You can either send it back to us and we will issue you with a full refund or you can send it back to us and we will fit the silver disc onto a slimmer leather bracelet of the same colour that has a lobster clasp fastening.   good idea to be magnatised but comes off to easy, have lost it twice but luckly found it.

  The bracelet was disappointing, looked alot less expensive than the £54 i paid and the magnetic catch has made me worry about it getting lost. The picture was impressive but the product a let down.

  This bracelet looks great but the clasp is magnetic and the bracelet came off quite easily which is a shame as otherwise it is well made

  It's good quality, the silver tag is very nicely done, not too bulky etc.. The clasp is a bit different to what I executed but it's a good quality. Husband loves his bracelet..
