The quality of the product was very good. However it took an incredibly long time to receive. I received an email after ordering the gift saying that they predicted dispatch 7 days after the order. They took the funds for the product the day after ordering. 17 days after ordering I sent an enquiry through the website and the seller apologised and claimed they had now dispatched the item. Another 7 days passed and still no sign of the product. I sent another enquiry to the seller through the website and they apologised again and said that they had sent another picture. However I find this hard to believe and wonder whether they had sent anything before this point. I finally received the product 24 days after ordering. If the seller had originally said it would take this long it would not have been such a problem, however the hassle of having to enquire more than once, and the seller possibly lying, means that I would not purchase from this seller again.
