Good quality print but the cost was completely disproportionate. £14 for a piece of good quality photopaper? Seemed very excessive. I returned it. Service was excellent, though it was a pity I needed to return at all.

A waste of money; incredibly overpriced for what it was. I could have made this myself! I was expecting a beautiful hand printed image - but instead received something printed from a computer. I bought this as a present, and thankfully, by putting this in a nice frame (not included), I managed to make this into a suitable gift. Next time, I'll make this myself and use the money on a nice bottle of wine for my friend as an extra!

I was very unhappy when the print turned up without a frame! I could of just printed the words off on my own printer! It does not state on the front page that the frame is not included! Make it clearer! Very very expensive and feel I have been completely ripped off. Will not be coming back and will make sure other people who use the site avoid this shop!

I loved the print, have no problem with it at all, I am just annoyed that every single picture of the print was encased in a frame, and I had no idea until it arrived that it was not including the frame. I do not feel that this was made obvious when you do most of your looking with your eyes and not reading. I feel that the price was a bit steep just for a poster.

The image displayed suggested the print was framed. However the product received was in fact not just one print but two (both un-framed)! This lead to substantial additional cost , making a birthday present for a colleague way too pricey! The description should state UNFRAMED print!

I love the words and the multi colour print but in the brochure, it shows the print in a frame with a border. Because the print is so close to the edge of the card, only a frame without a border can be used so doesn't look as good.

We always try to help with whatever problem our customers are having and would like to encourage you to get in contact via the seller enquiry option. It is possible to get an A3 print framed with a mount. Please make sure the aperture of the mount is 3mm smaller on all sides than standard A3 size (420 x 297 mm) so the print doesn't fall through. Then all you need is a suitable frame. I can confirm that it is possible to frame the print without going over the image though again if you need any help we look forward to hearing from you. I loved the idea and the design was fantastic, but when the print arrived, I felt it was a lot of money (£14) for what really looked like it had been printed off using an every-day colour printer. I imagined that print would have been screenprinted or maybe hand-printed for that much money (but it doesn't say that on the description, so it is my fault that I misunderstood). Anyway, I returned the item to the seller, and they were great - refunded me immediately and they were very efficient.

I wish there was an ok rating. I knew this was just a print and no frame but I bought it non the less as it was a gift and the intended recipient had declared they 'simply loved it'. I just felt that given an hour and a cup of tea I could have happily made this on my iMac. Price seemed a little high for what it was. Postage too was high and disappointingly when it arrived the box was ripped and torn. Not at all protective. Thankfully the gift was well received but I'm not sure if it represented good value.

Unfortunately despite being ordered early on 16th May and being told it would be despatched on 27th ( although why it would take 11 days - it's a print!) This item was not despatched until 07/06/11 which for a gift site is unacceptable - if there was an issue with 27th May despatch ( which I can accept can happen) - common courtesy and customer service should have initiated some form of contact - as it was the track was still showing - despatched 27th May. Whilst your catalogue is wonderful - this has made me very wary of using you again for specific gift purchases.

From the picture it appeared that the print was framed. The lack of a frame is in small print and not easy to see. Other prints without frames made this much clearer. For an A4 laser print, £14 is very steep.

Print is really nice but I thought it would be a little more solid like a card - its just printed on nice paper. However it does look really nice and the message of learning to dance in the rain in is very apt for me as I have a chronic illness. Lovely idea.

Nice to look at, good quality print. Delivery took a very long time though and I had to chase this up as they never told me it had been delayed.

Lovely product which was given as a gift and greatly received. A little slower than expected delivery but they did keep me informed of the delay and offered me the option to cancel if needed. Would purchase from again.

When I bought this print I didnt read the info regarding product properly and missed the 'unframed' comment at the end. This is my fault for not reading the product details properly, but because it was over seventeen pounds, I assummed it would arrive framed. So, in effect, I have paid twenty pounds (with added postage cost)for a printed A4 piece of paper which I could have created on my own computer using word art with more or less the same effect and for far less money! I feel very foolish for missing this bit of info but at the same time seventeen pounds for a piece of printed paper is a real rip off!!!!! wont be ordering anything from this company again!

I did think the delievery estimate on the description was a little missleading. 2-5 days, it took 5 days to be despatched and then another 5 for delivery. I'd purchased this as a Birthday gift which was subsequently late, but it is beutiful.

It arrived bent because the packaging was insufficient to keep the print safe in the post. It surely can't be too difficult to put a piece of cardboard in to keep the print flat?

Have previously ordered some great products from 'Not on The High Street' but was incredibly disapointed with this print. I expected it to be at least printed on card but it appeared to be just high quality A4 paper. My first thoughts were that I'd paid £16 for something I could have reproduced at home for less than £1. This wont stop me shopping with you but I will definately be reading the descriptions more carefully next time. My honest thoughts on this product is that I've been well and truly ripped off - sorry!
