Hills Handmade Flat White Mug

This small mug is the perfect size for a flat white or your small coffee of choice. Inspired by the hilly landscapes of the South Downs, our Hills mug is made white stoneware clay. The inside is coated in a light blue slip to represent the sky and the exterior is coated in a light pink slip to reflect a sunset over the chalky peaks. The abstract hill design is create using a wax resist pattern so you can feel the raw clay after the glaze is applied creating a tactile feel.
