Inspired by 19th Century Folk Art papercuts this Stork Tree Heart can be personalised with a names on the front in the top hearts. You can choose 2 hearts or 3 hearts depending on how many names you require. A date can be added in the bottom heart and a weight in the sacks. You can also add a message under the image - see examples.
