  Thank you for very fast postage and the product was very good quality.

  I asked if they could deliver earlier in time for a christening, which they did, but unfortunately it came broken so being the day before the christening it meant I didn't have time to get the replacement. Response to emails was slow, but once I got a response they acted quickly. On the first box that was broken I did question the blank plaque inside the lid asking if they could put the name or DOB on there, but they ignored this request and just sent a non-broken one in the post. Overall an average/poor experience as they are happy with the gift I bought despite it being late, but not 'good' or 'excellent' by a long shot.
