  postage a rip off

Our postage charges reflect the packaging, weight and method of sending. Your parcels were sent by 1st class recorded delivery post which costs around £2. You were charged £2.45, which allows for the packaging. notonthehighstreet.com acts as a marketplace for a number of different sellers who send out their items from all over the UK. This means that each seller incurs a separate cost for each order and they set their own individual delivery charges based on this. notonthehighstreet.com doesn't have a central warehouse due to the unique set up of the business. Unfortunately this sometimes means you pay a delivery charge for each item in your basket. However, some of our sellers offer free delivery which means you could end up paying nothing for your basket.   I did not know what the key ring would look like but was so pleased when it arrived. This personalised present is for my nephew who starts school in September. Love the design and colour and its unique.

  My first keyring bought in December snapped last month. If the 2nd one does the same I will not be ordering again.
