Gorgeous venetian glass heart (22mm), adorned with a cluster of charms including a freshwater pearl, a handcrafted polymer clay heart and a semi-precious bead. The pendant comes on a co-ordinating soft suede thong (90cm), finished with hand-crafted clay ends, that can be tied to any length.
A very popular piece, this pendant is ideal for anyone from the age of 3 years and upwards.
As always, this piece comes presented in a beautiful grey 'fingerprints' box and is accompanied by a little tag that explains the story behind our name...and a proverb for inspiration & encouragement.
The hand-crafted polymer clay heart can be PERSONALISED with a single initial or a number (up to 99), making an extra special gift, or treat to yourself.
You can now add a second clay heart - either personalised or left plain.
