Since my cancer diagnosis, my mantra became "look good feel better" and whilst that in part is absolutely true, sometimes the bright lips and the old rouge on your cheeks can hide a multitude of ailments. Next time someone says "ohh you dont look ill" just wave the mug in their face and have done with it! Easy.
