Despite their best efforts these little monsters are not in the least bit scary, they are more likely to make you laugh. Maude is purple, Mervin is green (and only has one eye) and Marvin is blue. Most of the time they get along with each other but they have been known to bicker especially when they're tired.
In choosing Maude, Mervin or Marvin you will be helping sustain fairly paid employment in rural Bangladesh. They were hand crocheted there by women working for a non profit fair trade organisation. The organisation helps to keep families together by providing employment in a village setting close to the women's homes rather than a city. Mothers are able to stay with their children and earn money to support them.
Maude, Mervin or Marvin would make a lovely gift to welcome a new baby or to take to a baby shower, naming ceremony, Christening or Baptism. They would also make a great birthday present for a baby or toddler.
Maude, Mervin and Marvin are approximately 13 cm tall. They are made from 100% cotton. They are machine washable at 40 degrees and can be tumble dried on a low setting. CE (European safety standard) certified and suitable from birth.
