Fairbourn Children's Furniture was started by Sarah Watkins in 2008 to fill a gap in the market for good quality children's furniture that's UK made from solid wood.

We now have a small range of beautifully crafted furniture and accessories. All items are made to order and usually take 6-8 weeks, we take pride in hand painting every piece and slightly distressing them to give a vintage appearance.

We work from a small workshop in a mill a few miles from Skipton and welcome visitors to our workshop. We can also make commissioned pieces for customers who want a design uniquely for their child.

We use fabric from Poppy Children who make vintage inspired fabrics printed in Yorkshire, poppy children can also be found on this site.
